Initial Consultation:
© Understand couple’s objectives and expectations of wedding
© Identify needs and advise about the wedding planning process
Two (2) One Hour Consultation Meetings:
© Couple will provide coordinator with detailed information on the acquired vendors and desired wedding day flow
© One meeting at ceremony site with the couple
Create Wedding Day Itinerary:
© Timing and flow of the day
© Distribute to vendors, wedding party participants and parents
© Follow-up with vendors one month in advance of the wedding day and/or during the week of the wedding
© Assure vendors have correct information and directions to event locations
On-Site Coordination at Rehearsal: (one hour)
© Direct wedding Rehearsal
© Work with officiant and/or on-site official
© One hour
On-Site Wedding Day Coordinator: (eight hours)
© Implement all wedding plans and details with vendors, families and guests
© Oversee vendor setups at ceremony site, contact if tardy/faulty
© Assist bride, groom, wedding party and immediate family
© Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
© Handle any last minute emergencies
© Alleviate last minute problems and stresses (emergency kit to fix unexpected mishaps)
© Direct ceremony processional
© Cue processional and recessional music
© Transport personal items of wedding party to reception
On-site Coordination of Reception:
© Oversee vendor setups
© Supervise set up of place cards, table cards, favors, etc
© Greet guests and direct them to seats
© Cue music/MC for arrival of couple and bridal party
© Oversee the flow of speeches, cake cutting and first dances
© Distribute last payments
© Manage any last minute emergencies
